Q.: Trustees under a will having power to sell land refuse an offer of £300 and accept £200 per section. Have the beneficiaries any redress? — "Moera" (Lower Hutt). A.: They are bound to sell to the best advantage. Unless they have good reasons for not doing so, they must sell at the best price. It is possible, however, that the higher bidder desired to pay only a small deposit, m which case the trustees may be justi- , fied m refusing the offer.
