THE return of dainty lingerie , trimming on the cuffs and collars of frocks is another proof that the fashions are more feminine this season. ■ ■ ■■■ ' \ Mary Brian wears two frocke accented with laoe and net for her role m Paramount's all-talking production, "Burning Up." One frock, a bright blue crepe, uses ecru net and lace at the neckline m tie fashion.
