Q-: (1) I desire to place my child m the care of the Child Welfare Department. If I do so can the department (a) take it away without telling me where it is; (b) have it adopted without my consent? (2) My husband and I have been separated for four years. Can I now apply for a divoroe. (3) If so, how oan I proceed, as I have . no money at all? — "Mike" (Hawke's Bay).
