A PERFECT DAY AND THE AFTERMATH.

The picnic was a great success — perfect weather — everybody . happy. You basked m the sun, played, games, bathed, and m the cool of the evening you returned home. A night of pain arid sleeplessness followed, you ai'e badly blistered and your skin is dry and drawn. You went out without Q-tol protection and you are badly sunburned. You have learned your lesson, however, and Avill m future always carry Q-tol with you. Do not be tempted to use messy "pastes'" and oily "creams," for with "make-up" clogging the tiny pores, your skin cannot breathe. Soon it loses its natural moisture, 'becomes hard, rough, and sunburned. Begin using" Q-tol to-day. Although mildly astringent it cleanses the pores, heals and soothes any blemishes and protects the skin from sunburn and the drying effect of the winS. Before going out into the open apply a liberal film of Q-tol, also take a bottle with you and you can then enjoy the health- giving rays and afosorb the precious "Vitamin < D (Sunshine Vitamin) without the slightest discomfort. Children should have as much sunshine as possible as "Vitamin D means strong bones and teeth — but do protect them with a film of Q-tol. Men, too, appreciate Q-tol, for by rubbing it into the beard BEFORE lathering they are able to shave even a sunburnt face with comfort. Q-tol is obtainable m two sizes. The larger size being more economical.*
