HE IMPORTS RABBITS

RS. BLACK, of Dunedin, is famil- • larly- known as "Rabbit" Black, owing to the fact that he has exported so many of them, and their skins, to the old country. He has become still more famous lately through his importation of Angora and Chinchilla rabbits, the former for wool, the latter for skins. Not only as a merchant and exporter is Black now 'to be known, for there are niany Dunedinites who are hoping he will win irt the coming mayoral contest, in -which he will be opposed by two others. He desires to keep up Dunedin's credit as having the cheapest power m New Zealand.
