UP Heriot way — for the benefit of those who do not know, Heriot is away down south m Otago — is a passably fair sheep station known as the "Wilden" estate. And there we find George Young, who nobly fills the bill as manager of the place. George is really that rare individual — the man who gets things done. And he gets them done m such a way that his popularity with employees and neighbors is the sort that politicians dream of. Under George's control are some thirty men, and he keeps theni groingr contentedly all day. This year he ia looking forward 'to a record wool clip — and he'll get it, if we know George! Prior to journeying to Otago, he was well and favorably known m Canterbury. A good sheepman, a keen judge of dogs, and one of the best. \
