HONOR DUE
TJONOR has been paid to all New *1 Zealand women m the election, of Mrs ■T. E. Taylor to membership of the world's W^C.T.U.' All her life long, Mrs. Taylor has kept on m the footsteps of her late husband, the "Tommy" Taylor who is still remembered with love and admiration by most New Zealanders. "T.E." was one of the country's few great politicians, and was always particularly interested m legislation of a social nature. He. could have had no finer helpmeet than Mrs.' Taylor, who, silver-haired and- stately, is still. a very charming lady, and who has always had the asset of an attractive personality to help her along the difficult road of the woman who wants to get things done. : ■ ■ Mrs.' Taylor has never ceased work for the cause of temperance, m which, like her late husband, she is an ardent believer. Her. election places her name alongside many of the most fambus women of to-day.
