JH. WATTS, hon. secretary of the Northern Boxing Association, • writes to "N.Z. Truth" as follows: "Referring to your issue of 24th inst. and under the heading of 'Something Like that Story,' m which you state that the. Northern Boxing Association, apparently not relishing some criticism, failed to extend the customary press tickets to 'N.Z. Truth.' "I must state that m fairness to my executive and the association that I am alone to blame for the oversight of not sending the usual courtesy tickets. ... "They were addressed and placed m envelopes with other tickets and inadvertently overlooked when posting. "I can assure you that I regret the oversight very much, which, coming directly after your criticism, no doubt led you to believe that my association was annoyed. . "I therefore trust that you will accept my explanation of the incident m good faith and publish same m justice to my association."
