(6) Don't ignore tho ad.vice of your solicitor, your valuator, or your bank manager, and you will be reasonably safe. (8) Don't believe that the Railway Department is eager to buy the property and build railway lines through it until you have found out that the lines will really be constructed within a reasonable time.
