Trotting "Sec."
'"TWENTY-FOUR years m the trotting i game, known far and wide among the patrons of the saddle and sulky, it was but natural that Harold Goggin should take over the secretarial chair of the Metropolitan Trotting Association during the temporary absence m England of the "<>™"*t- a ™ A. I. Rattray. And that Harold was available to take over the duties is most fortunate from the association's point of view, for few officials are more popular or know the trotting game better than he. He can discourse by the hour on the history and pedigrees of horses and what he does not know about the game would go on a postage stamp. But the saddle and sulky sport is not the only subject he can discuss with authority and zest. Harold is an enthusiastic gcu uchbi and loves nothing better than to get into his old clothes and with spade and rake, • trowel and hoe, "potter about" his garden. Get him talking about his hobby and show that you are interested — and Harold is happy.
