Hundreds of thousands of satisfied owners of their Model 20 compact testify to that. " Added to the compactness of their models is also the one dial receiving sets, which are so simple that a child can operate them. Stations can be brought m perfectly with the use of one hand and without; looking at the dial, while nothing has been sacrificed to gain this simplicity, volume or smallness m size. Their present models are more powerful, more selective and have better tonal qualities than any receiving sets previously made. The most noteworthy feature having to do with the manufacture, of Atwater Kent Radio is the time and attention devoted to inspections and tests. This is proved .by the fact that one out of every ten employees m the Atwater Kent manufacturing plant is an inspector, and that every receiving set is subjected to 159 tests before it is allowed to leave the factory.
