Good Fields For Saturday's Events (By "The Toff."). The Cheviot Trotting Club will hold its inaugural totalisator meeting on Saturday, where good fields promise to line out for the various contests.
THE big race is the Cheviot Club Handicap of lOOsovs. - Among the best-known that are engaged are Jolly Roger, Miss Dorothy, Patsy Phegan, First Imperial, Copra, Dillon Gold, Miss Locanda, Alvira, Pointalena, Queen Ida and Ben Dillon. Of the party, Jolly Roger looks to possess the best prospects. For the District Trial Trot, Country Life will carry most money, while m the Domett Handicap Hassan and Sensible Peter may go best.
