If you want to know anything at all, the most natural thing m the world is to seek out Mr. Foley and what was a mystery is .a. mystery no longer. . He has none of the officious mien that so many young understrappers m the judicial department mistake for authority and impi-essiveness. At first glance the impression is^that Mr. Foley is a man with many worries and cares on his broad shoulders.
