NO delay, no fuss, no bother; everything right up to time. The manner m which the Dominion tennis championship meeting at Christchurch was carried through must constitute a New Zealand record for efficiency. The whole fixture ran with the ease of a perfect machine. The man behind the scene: was D. Murray Kean,' secretary and treasurer of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association, and under-'his able jurisdiction the tournament went with a swing throughout. In a tent on the United Tennis Club's courts, Kean Avorked from early morn till dewy eve during the pi-o-gress of the tourney. Despite the heat and the trials and troubles of a man m his position, he seemed to enjoy himself. .
