BOTH IN THE LIMELIGHT.

Mr. Nosworthy and Mr. L|ysnar. The Hon. Wm. Nosworthy and Mr. W. D. Lysnar, who have not been very friendly of late, have both gained a certain amount of publicity out of the Reform 'Caucus. Mr. Nosworthy is said to have been the only determined rival of Mr. Coates; but his candidature did not get veuy far, possibly because of the absence of Mi*. Lysnar, whose decision to remain' away from the Caucus is one of the political facts of the hour. It seems to be beyond doubt that Mr. Lysnar could have spoken with great definiteness concerning Mr. Nosworthy's ability to lead the Party.
