STRAND THEATRE.
"The Girl Who Came Back," Tom Foreman's elaborate screen version of the stage production of the same title, will be screened at the Strand Theatre this week. The stcry moves from the slums of a big eastern city to southernmost Africa. There, on "the vim of the world," is fought a battle ex Lending back to New York,, where the climax occurs. Also screening is "Vengeance of the Deep," a Master Picture, starring Virginia Browne and Ralph J/cwis. The story is set m the South Sea Islands.
