Taranaki fans should bo m for a treat on September 3, when Larry Lasher and Clarrle Blackburn will meet m a fifteen-rounds contest at Stratford. This pair boxed a draw at Taumarunul last December. Both are m fine fettle at present and each Is confident of catching the decision on this occasion. There has> not been a professional contest of any note m Taranaki for some months, and no doubt the fans-will appreciate the efforts of the Stratford Sports and Pastimes Club to provide them with a highclass exhibition by boxers of the calibre of Blackburn and Lasher.
