There wns a moment's amusement m the Wellington Magistrate's Court this week when a plaintiff m a civil action was called to give evidence. "This way," shouted the usher, indicating the witness-box. But tho plaintiff, a diminutive red-faced man, became confused and stumped heavily into the dock!
