After hearing all about Horace Nunn's llasion at Petono with Lydla Ann Scott, Mr. Justice MacGregor has upheld the" Magistrate's decision, questioned by Nunn m an appeal, that that erstwhile half-back for the suburbtm team is none other than the daddy of the lady's child for which he will have to continue payment m terms of the maintenance order made against him. In dismissing the appeal his Honor allpwed £10 10a -co»t» to the respondent.
