PHILADELPHIA, June 13. George Tyler, Baltimore, "Pitfalls Of Rum" lecturer, was held to-day to be criminally responsible for. the death of Miss Mary Emslie on May 27th,' on the ground that he was intoxicated while driving the automobile that killed her — "Chicago Herald." Hundreds, of Prohibition officials and enforcement officers m U.S.A. ! have been imprisoned for graft, drunkenness, blackmail, and theft. Theirs is a "spying job," and the type of man you get for such work is not usually a gentleman. Shall we put ;these people m authority over us m New Zealand? Vote Continuance and Freedom. *
