FULTON v. FULTON.
Eva Caroline Fulton (Mr., .Rothenberg) said she married her Harry at Johnsonville as recently as 1920. They hung oub a shingle at Feilding, Sydney and Wellington. Petitioner said that shortly after the marriage handsome Harry broke the news 1 that a Sydney lassie was about to honor him by having a che-ild to him. A little later .m the piece petitioner discovered that Harry had been spending weekends with this self-same second string m Plenty of corroboration was : forthcoming and the. decree nisi, was handed over m double quick time.
