No Nomination or Acceptance will be received unless accompanied with fees. No Nomination or Acceptance will be received through the telephone. Owners will be held responsible for entering their horses m correct classes, • Colors tO:be worn by the rider or driver must ,be named at the time of general entry, under penalty not exceeding £1. Tlie Provident, Fee of £.1 must be paid to the Association before nomination, otherwise a fine of £5 will he imposed. Every person applying for admission to any course, and every person entering or endeavoring to enter a horse for any race, and every person having or subsequently acquiring any interest m such horse, shall be deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by these Rules, and to be barred -from questioning the action or the Conference, Appeal .Tudces. Association, Cluh. Racing Club, or body, Committee, Stewards, officials, agents or servants m respect of any such person or horse, or any person connected therewith, otherwise than is provided for m. Part XXX. of these Rules.
