SYDNEY, Monday. There were 12,000 ringsiders at the Sydney Stadium on Saturday night, when Jack Green, bantam champion of New South Wales (8.5%) met Cowboy Reyes (Manila; 8.1%)). It proved a splendid contest. The little brown boy proved , game and clever, but Green was far too good for him. The referee intervened at a stage when it seemed that Reyes had been seriously punished, and Green was accordingly given the decision.
