Any owner producing at the .time of entry a certificate from a recognised handicapper that his horse has been handicapped during the previous 12 months on time equal to or better than the class specified m any particular race shall be entitled to enter such horse for that particular race. AH Nominations made by telegram must be confirmed (immediately) by letter, giving full particulars of the horse, breeding, also colors to be worn, and anyone omitting to do so will be fined £2.
