Charges of Sedition Preferred. Developments have arisen out of the suppression of "The Green Ray" journal at Dunedin. On Wednesday last Albert James O'Ryan and Thomas P. Cummins appeared before the Magistrate's Court to answer charges of sedition. The accused were remanded till next Wednesday.
