A GOOD RESOLUTION.
A significant feature of the peace proposals now being discussed is that the belligerent Powers, as well as the neutral nations, endorse the American suggestion that a league of nations should be established to ensure the jvorld's peace.
1 The poor old world is sick of war: "I've had enough," he cries; "I thought it once a glorious game, But now rra growing wise. I'm weary, worn, and wounded, too, And sick and very sore; , I've had enough, I/tell you straight. No more, no more of' war."
