It was generally decided by the Southland Racing Club's Committee to appeal against .the decision of the District Committee m upholding Dr. Robertson's recent appeal against the S.R.C.'s Judicial Committee mulcting the doc. m 20 quid for failing to attend a meeting as requested. There is evidently going to be a protracted bout, as both the S.R.C. and the doc. are very game to break further lances.
