"As Pants The Hart." Next party to line up was George Henry Hasting Hart, who wanted an order to be severed for ever from Ada, his wife. "Costs" Tuck i came along with George, who hangs out m Mt. Eden, and who said it was m August, IS9X when he and Ada were spliced. They lived together till 1906, when Ada refused to stop with George any more and smoked herself out of it, saying that he could not maintain her. For 18 months prior to her departure George had been laid up, but afterwards when he got- well i and was better able to maintain her, she refused' to return. A brother of Ada's said sho frankly admitted thnt ; tho reason she left her husband ivas because he could not maintain her. The brother knew of no other trouble between his sister and petitioner. His Honor tore a decree off the roll and passed it along to George.
