Hopkins was run out, and when the game was stopped by rain the score read 228 for two wickets. .'.-■' Carisbrook B got a mud leather hunt for nothing last Saturdas^. Dunedin B scored a good victory over Dunedin C last week. They rat- | tied up 130 to their opponents' 97. For the victors, three got - double figures — Symonds 45, Bond 33, Moore' lS. i In the bowling department, the analyI sis read: Moore 4 for 27, Hodge 3 for 21- V For the losers, Forester, Hardio, Dey and Scott had 23, IG, 12, 11 respectively to their credit. With the ball, Booth had 3 for 26, Dey 2 for 1, Hardie 2 for 16 and Coupar 2 for 27. Mornington v. Carisbrook C ended m a draw, the first-named scoring 101 and the second 67 for 3 wickets. For Mornington, Caradus 38, Harris 12, Nelson 11 not out were the top scorers. For Carisbrook C, J. Cameron 33 not out, Nugent 19 not out and Fraser 13 topped the batting list.
