CHRISTCHURCH TOURNEY.
The Christchurch Sports Olub is holding its first tourney of the season at the King's Theatre on March 25 and 20. Numerous entries for all classes have been received, and everything points to a most successful carnival. As the New 'Zealand and Australian championships are looming" m the distance, amateurs who appear at the' -tourney' wiil 'have to do their best to be m ''the running for the glory of being New Zealand and Australian champions. Anyhow., the amateur ."'/talent /in'' Canterbury seems to have beeii -.aroused, and on the evenings of March '2f) and 2U there should be some good scraps. Patrons should commit the dates to vnemorv.
