Young Man Committed For Trjsl. A young man named William Joseph Dwane, of slender build, and said to be an ex-porter on' the raihvays, was charged before Mr W. G. Riddell, S.M., at the Wellington Magistrate's Court yesterday with improper behavior on the Wellington -terrace on August 29, and again .m tire Boltonstreet cemetery on September S Chief . Detective Broberg conducted the prosecution, and Mr T. M. .Wilford, who appeared for the accused, elected to go before a jury, so a preliminary examination was taken, the court being cleaVed. After evidence, his Worship committed the accused for trial, allowing bail m the sum of £50.' It is understood that accused has a young wife, to. whom he was married last Christmas.
