For multiplicity of offices, Sir Joseph Ward is a veritable Pooh-bah. I'ronably no other official m the world, ministerial or otherwise, combines within himself So many different positions. Besides being Prime Minister, he is Minister of Finance, Postmaster-General, Minister of Defence, Minister of Lands, Minister m Charge of Land for Settlements, Income-tax, Electoral, Advertising, Friendly Societies, and State Advances Departments, and Minister m Charge cf State Forests.
