"The Great Millionaire."

In Bland Holt' is quite a household name, because the ever Bland has always struck the proper and popular chord whenever and wherever he has staged any of his spectacular Drury. lane melodramas. After an absence of nine years Mr Holt and his splendid dramatic combination have returned -to Wellington, and this evening will, for the iirs't time, produce the mammoth . Drurv-lane drama, "The Great Millionaire." This drama was written by "Cecil Raleigh, Esq., and it equals, if it does not excel, such productions as the "White Heather," "The Derby Winner," and other, popular spectacular dramas with which the name" of Bland Holt is associated. Mr Holt is supported by an exceedingly strong cornpant, which includes some ■ of the most popular actors and actresses of Australia- The scenery is described as mag--nificent, being .from the, brush of John Brunton, while the • spectacular effects are said to be wonderful. ■

The Bland Ho\i Company are to have a four peeks' season, and : the nextr production will be "The Breaking of the Drought," a drama , dealing with Australia m one of its worst .seasons.
