Tho Zcala Sisters, or why not the "Zeala. sShielahs," are a bright and bonny pair of singers and dancers, and as they are a! I couple of Wellington girls, they are to beencouraged. A new appearance this week as Miss Belle Gibbons, a lady, baritone whose fine strong voice has been heard, m 'several songs. George Mackie, comedy musician, has re-appeared after a long absence, and his musical performance is a treat. Miss Maud Perman has scored a big success with, "Let Me Bee the Love-Light m Your Eyes," and all Johnnydom have gone ratty .over „ this little Australian commedienne. Miss' Beat. rice Butler, Charles Moody, Tod Calloway, Harry Carlton and' Ted Sutton, Fred Bransgroye and Leo Askens have all installed themselves as firm favorites, but tlie same cannot be said of Jack Knowles, the coon from Tennessee. He won the comic-singing competition and should prefer to remain a "mug," otherwise he will be made to look one. The programme, augmented by several new turns, '.will' be repeated to-rtight and subsequent evenings.
