Pacific fcodge, No. 8. Last Monday evening one of the largest gatherings of Druids was held at the Druids' Hall, Taranaki-street, when Bro. F. Flanagan, P.D.P., .unveiled the portrait of the late Mr Jas. Mackay, P.G.P. Brother Casey, A.D., presided. Mr Flanagan, m a very impressive speech, outlined the great services rendered to New Zealand Druidism by the deceased brother, jthe sentiments of which were silently appreciated by the brethren assembled. Brother Bingham, P.D.P., was presented with a D.P. collar and diploma by D.P. Brother H. J. Lepper, who Tef erred to Bro. Bingham's many efforts m the cause of Druidism. Seventeen candidates were duly, initiated and the remainder of the evening was- devoted to harmooy, the con-i tributing members being Bros. List, A. Thorley, H. S. Coburn, V.A., R. M. Isaacs, H. -J. Lepper, O'Leary, . F. Barley, R. King, and F. Kuch. 1 ■
