It is difficult to understand what pleasure some of those hoary old reprobates find m gloating over a set of silver-buckled suspenders on show m a feminine frill window. "Fun o' the Fair" is the rather peculiar name of the latest addition to Wellington journals. It is a twen-ty-page illustrated penny weekly issued by Messrs Edgar Dell and Norman Buchanan, the latter doing the sketches. Some of the skits and jingles arc clever ancl many of thc caricatures show real merit, those of Nelson Illingworth, Ben Fuller and Rayner being perhaps the best. The cover is m two colors and printed on excellent paper.
