Mr Charles Blake, supported by a selected company of Wellington amateurs, will present "Dr. Bill" at the Opera House on the night of November 21st. The actor is known from Thursday Island to the Huon, from Peru to Fiji." He has played leads m big Australian companies under the management of George Rignold, Maggie Moore, William Anderson, j and others ; an-d wherever he has been he has been popular. He is eminently human and irresistibly amiable, "and the part of Dr. Bill fits him as though he had had it written to his friends' order. In these circumstances he should be sure of a' good house and a cordial reception.
