The new system of racing colors was initiated at Ascot on Wednesday last, and so far as we could judge did not send anyone into raptures over its simplicity or improv/ement on the old style of stable colors., It was made clear that without the, Ic ey to the system-Vthe race-book, price 1? —those present were, as much Jin th-o dark as if 'they were outside the fence, arid the attempts made to bet, m running, were highly amusing..
