Last night the, curtain was rung down on "The Way to Kenmare," a lovely Irish, romance, full of laughter and' full of -tears. Notwithstanding the American critics opiniion that "Shaun," m "Arrah-na-poigue," as Andrew Mack's most perfect characterisation, -^Truth" very much doufeiiS whether 'he ever played the Irishman better than as Dan McGruire m ''The Way to Kenmare." The play and the character 'have been specially written for the Irish-American, and there has been no misfit. . It is owe of the finest dramas we have had mi Wellington for many a long day. To-aiigjht, that evergreen classic of Dion Bouoioault's, "Arrajh-na-pogue," will be staged, with Mr. Mack as "Shawn," a> character he should revel m. All play-goers are familiar wiith the piece, tout something new is promised- in the present production m the way of the most magnificent setting, to •' the many beautiful scenes, that has ever been put upon a stage. Mr Mack will sing "The Wearing of the Grreen," and a complete chorus has been engaged to assist m the ballads. ' On Wednesday next "Jack Shannon" will be produced,, awl on Saturday, the last night of the season, "Tom 1 Moore," will foe revived.'
