A Christchurch ghoul advertises a reduction m the price of his flash tombstones. This is the age of reductions right enough, but the advertiser doesn't say how .much he will knock off if the buyer takes a quantity.
G. S; Matthews, who broke his arm m the Old Boys' match, was Very unlucky, as he never intended to play when he left Wellington. At the last minute he was pressed into filling a vacanov with the unfortunate result. Only this, week -Matthews launched out into business on his own account, so his accident arrived at a very inconvenient time.
