Ajjjit r al-iag. centres, will pc staged' at the ' Opera House on Friday night next. The play is one of the greatest of the age and its. run m America and Australia has heen phenomenal. Mr Charles Waldron, who plays the part of the English swell, Jim Carston, who married a .n Indian girl, is an artist of rare ability and fine personality, and the same may tie said of his countrywoman, the American star, Ola Humphrey, who essays the role of Countess Diana. Some of the scenes presented are of great interest and of them all none are more striking than those of the Long- Horn Saloon and the tragic, heart-breaking end of the poor squaw. The play is intensely interesting and Mr Williamsdn is putting it on regardless of exnense. •
