People of the loafer class, are persistently brought before tlhe "beak," and the "beak" persistently tells them to clear out. The police ! drive them uji country ; they work the, country, but don't work themselves. Loafing is as catching' as leprosy. Lepers are sent to an island* Loafers should be sent to an island. The case of a large, healthy, powerful loafer, who lived shamelessly on a -frail woman, was before the court the other day. The loafer was sent to a .. nice, comfortable gaol for three | months. The island idea suit this person and several . thousand other spielers and loafers "down to the ground."
