His Wife was •'Too Short." atichaela Barvill, six feet tall, was married m New York, on Rovember 10. at , St. -Joseph's Catholic Church, m East Twenty-second-street, Bayonne, to Miss Margaret G ormau, who is a little less than five feet. The difTdrwce m their -height had apparently ossapert Harvill until after the ceremony h4d been pronounced. Then he said to the blushing' bride, "I think, you are too short for me." and dashed from the church. The bride fainted, and some of the guests ran after him, tout he eluded them. After the bride \v.as revived she waa assisted to her home. Towards eveninir the bridegroom returned. He said that he was sorry for what he had said and done, and that Margaret was quit!.' tall enough for him. Tluui word was sent to the guests and the wotidinsc festivities went oa.
