THEATRE ROYAL.

Fullers' Entertainers.

To other startling, charming and interesting turns that go to make up a fine programme provided by Messrs Fuller, was added last night that of the Powers Brothers, a most sensational and. wonderful w ire-walk irtf? act m which there are moments when the thrill is too intense for utterance and the audience sit spell bound- . The performers are mere boys, brothers of that one-time marvellously clever child artist, Fanny Powers, so many years connected with Rickards' shows and now famous as an imitator of other artists m her line, and one of the most striking features of their performance is when Ihe elder balances his brother head down on- his head and, with no other support, carries him up a flight of steps, over the wire and down another flight to the stage. As a double wire turn this of the Powers Brothers could not be excelled, and tWw season here promises .to be a§ triumphant as were those they played mi n all the big Australian centres under the Rickardian banner, Lucy Lavmia is a' Qhje and dainty darling who won h_sr- audience at her first attempt-. Amy Blackte's fine vpjce retains its quality wonderfully, the Musical Gardners heat the band, and the Golden Duo are fascinating j and pretty enough to eat. Fancy Pearle on toast for supper and As-pie on the side ! A lot of other nicepeople who have been mentioned be~ fore, assist to provide, a r&ttli»g good entertainment.
