The Harbor Board's new roorhs are now open, next the Custom House, where all casual labor must now be enraged. There are 700 "casuals" round the water front and the ; biec hall affords room for all and has three fire-places and every heedful convenience. All the papers are on file/and the men desire 'to thank the principal newsagents who have arranged to supply papers free. It is a-; credit to the colony that these hard-Working, illpaid toilers should thus be catered for, ..,■■.
