ALLEGED OFFENCES IN SYDNEY TWO MEN BEFORE THE COURT. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, January 20. Two men charged in the Police Court with offences alleged to have been committed in Sydney, 'were ordered to be extradited to Australia. Stanley Richard Reynolds (37) was charged with deserting his wife at Sydney on March 11th. 1926. Constable B. L. Caesar, of the New South Wales police, produced an original warrant for the arrest of Reynolds. He asked that the accused should be given into his custody for extradition to Sydney. Mr Vialoux said he was acting for a creditor, and was instructed to ask that Reynolds should not be returned to Australia immediately, as there was a likelihood of bankruptcy proceedings.
