FOSTER-MOTHER CHARGED *FEE OF 30b EACH. Published in "The Times.” WARSAW, January 18. The professional foster-mother of Bialystok, who is alleged to have murdered over 60 children, is Leontina Tydrych. She chargqd a fee of 30s. Mothers seeking to r see their children were informed that they were being reared in a country hdme. The persistence of one mother revealed that the home did not exist. There is no trace of the children. It is alleged that Tydryfch murdered the children immedi htely she received them, and afterwards crethated the bodies.
