WEATHER PROSPECTS (Government Meteorologist*) Present indications (4 p.m. yesterday) are for moderate to strong north-west to south-west winds, increasing clouds, and haziness, with warm and humid conditions generally. Rain is probable soon on the West Coast and southern districts. The barometer is falling every** where.
