RUN DOWN BY TRAIN
FITTER KILLED. Per Press Association. NAPIER, January 11. James Holloway, a fitter in the Railway Workshops at Napier, was run down by a ballast train in the railway yards this morning, when walking to the workshops to begin the day’s work, nnd wns killed instantly. Deceased apparently did not see or boar tho train nnproaehing. He was a single mnu, and had no relatives in New Zealand.
