DISTRESSING ACCIDENT

CAR GOES OVER BANK THREE CHILDREN INJURED. Per Press Association. - INVERCARGILL, January 9. Meagre details are to hand concerning a distressing accident that occurred this afternoon through a car going over a bank near Wyndham. Three children were more or less seriously injured while they were being driven in to see their father. (William Aitken), who is in the Southland Hospital. When the accident occurred tho hoy in the party received a broken arm. One girl has a broken collarbone, and the other girl is suffering from concussion. All were admitted to the hospital.
